Venue-owner agreement
Additional obligations applying to owners and caretakers listing venues.
Effective and last updated: 9 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-091. Authority and listing accuracy
You confirm that you are authorised to operate and list each venue. Maintain accurate identity, address, map location, prices, opening hours, facilities, media, availability and contact details. A venue is publicly visible only after administrator approval, which may be withdrawn for safety or compliance reasons.
2. Venue obligations
- Maintain required registrations, permits, insurance and tax compliance.
- Provide a reasonably safe, clean venue and disclosed facilities for every confirmed booking.
- Honour confirmed prices and slots, including eligible promotions.
- Keep online, offline and blocked availability synchronized.
- Treat players fairly and protect their personal data.
- Report incidents, closures and booking problems promptly.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Confirm pay-at-venue requests promptly and update completed, cancelled and no-show statuses accurately. Owner cancellation should be exceptional. Where the venue cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, cooperate with rescheduling or a full eligible refund and any consumer grievance.
4. Commission and settlement
The administrator may assign a confidential commission rate to each owner. The applicable rate and settlement terms must be communicated to you separately before paid transactions are settled. You authorise deduction of agreed commission, refunds, chargebacks, taxes and adjustments from amounts payable. Cash collected directly at the venue must be accurately recorded and handled under the separately agreed commercial terms.
5. Player information and communications
Use player names, phone numbers and booking details only to deliver the booking, address safety, collect an authorised payment or resolve support. Do not add players to marketing lists without separate consent or disclose their information to unrelated parties.
6. Content and reviews
You grant us permission to display venue descriptions, trademarks and media you upload and confirm you have the rights to them. Do not manipulate bookings or reviews. You may respond professionally to verified reviews; retaliation or discriminatory treatment is prohibited.
7. Indemnity, suspension and exit
You are responsible for claims arising from venue operations, staff, safety, unlawful content, tax non-compliance or breach of this agreement, to the extent permitted by law. We may pause a listing or owner account while investigating material risk. On exit, existing bookings, refunds, settlements, complaints and legally required records survive until resolved.
